Event Theory is a high-end design, decor and production company based in Warren, Grand Rapids, and Traverse City, Michigan. Our inventory collection offers a variety of stylish furniture, made-to-order décor, lighting, custom-made drapery + linens, food and beverage service equipment as well as full tabletop curation. Included in our inventory selections are a wide range of tenting and furnishings to encompass the event and create the desired atmosphere.
In-house teams include a vast scope of specialized skills, including wood and metal working, electrical and custom painting capabilities. Designers provide event layouts, scaled drawings and design decks for your indoor or outdoor events. We have a large database of most Metro Detroit event spaces and can quickly provide an event layout based on your needs. For outdoor events, we measure the available space and produce a floor plan best-suited to the needs while satisfying all building and safety codes. Established in 1991, as Special Events Party Rental, and now doing business as Event Theory. Corporate offices are located at 20801 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan 48091 with over 95,000 square feet of production and showroom space. Another 80,000+ square feet of storage and production space exists at Helen Street, Detroit, Michigan. Our entire collection is also available and on display at our Grand Rapids location, 130 Market Ave SW., Grand Rapids, mi 49503. In 2020 we also grew our company to Northern Michigan with a full showroom and warehouse in Traverse City, located at 1701 Park Dr. Traverse City, MI 49696.
