Event Theory exclusively designed and produced Quicken Loans’ holiday event that included over four football fields worth of spectacular bespoke décor, custom designs + rentals. Hosted at the TCF Center, the decades themed annual employee event spanned over two nights with 10,000 guests enjoying multiple lounges, interactive gaming + silent disco stations.
The scope for this size of event, including design + fabrication, typically requires months of planning to completely fulfill the clients’ vision – our teams received the request with less than three weeks’ time until the event. Design team created multiple conceptual design decks for approval within days; including proposed custom themed décor + new inventory selections. In-house fabrication teams worked around the clock to produce necessary components to fully encompass + carry the events atmosphere throughout the expansive venue.
Once production was finalized, teams delivered and set-up with less than three days until the kickoff event. In addition to the TCF Center, Event Theory produced a full-scale holiday party for Bedrock + Rock Financial at the State Savings Bank during the same weekend.
